Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Location: Arden Hills, MN

Compensation: $25 per hour
This position pays a fixed hourly rate. No commission or bonus structure applies.

Monday – Thursday - 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Distinctivs Party is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Arden Hills location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused, independent work and takes pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and moving smoothly. This position does not require forklift operation.

You’ll work closely with our remote Operations Coordinator and play an important role in receiving inventory, preparing outbound shipments, coordinating with independent product assemblers, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Receiving & Inventory Processing

  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming products and materials

  • Accurately enter all received items into the inventory system in coordination with the Operations Coordinator

  • Ensure inventory records are complete, accurate, and up to date

Contractor Coordination

  • Coordinate weekly pick-ups and drop-offs with independent product assemblers

  • Help manage scheduling and flow of products to support remote assembly operations

Shipping & Fulfillment Support

  • Organize products and enter shipment data to prepare boxes and pallets for fulfillment centers

  • Stage outbound shipments in designated loading areas for the shipping team

  • Safely operate a basic pallet jack to move materials as needed

Inventory Organization & Supplies

  • Maintain clear, organized inventory placement throughout the warehouse

  • Keep warehouse clean

  • Partner with the remote Operations Coordinator to ensure supplies such as boxes, tape, and packaging materials are stocked

Light Product Assembly

  • Assist with hands-on product assembly as needed to support production flow

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs (this is a physical, hands-on role)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly

  • Experience with packing and shipping methods that meet carrier requirements

  • Solid basic computer skills

  • Someone who genuinely enjoys working independently and staying focused
